My visit with Dr. Lott was great! He’s open late, even on a Saturday! DOT physical appt. was for 7:30pm on a Saturday. Called to see if I could come in sooner and got my appt. moved up 30 mins. with no problem. I arrived, got in and out in about 20 mins total.
Dr. Lott knew all the relevant questions to ask for my DOT exam. He was thorough, yet quick. He made time for courteous small talk while entering information into the computer and putting on the blood pressure sleeve, all w/out delay. That’s just good old-fashioned customer service which is so rare nowadays and I really appreciate it. No complaints whatsoever; five stars Dr. Lott.
